Shipping Information:

Orders placed before 2 pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same business day or within 24 hours.
For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, your order will be dispatched the next business working day.
Standard 48-hour delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Express/Next Day delivery is available, with delivery within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery to Specific Regions:

Free shipping to mainland UK. However, additional postage fees apply to regions such as the Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, BFPO, and the Isle of Man.
For large orders going to these areas, we may contact you regarding additional fees or arrange for pallet delivery.

Returns Policy:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or replacement. However, we kindly ask that you contact us before opening a return case so we can investigate the issue and work towards a resolution. A refund will only be issued once the item has been returned and inspected. Please note that if the returned goods are not in the same condition as when received, deductions may be made in accordance with our return and refund policy.

If you have received an item that is different from what is listed on your invoice, we will cover the cost of return shipping should you choose to return the item. However, if the correct items were sent but you ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. In either case, a valid tracking label will be provided, or you will need to provide a tracking number and details of the courier used for the return so we can verify and approve the return.

Important: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. Returns requested after this period may result in you being responsible for the return postage costs, or the return no longer being eligible for coverage by us.
